Community Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and proactive Community Manager to join crypto-school Botanica. If you have experience managing online communities, are familiar with the Web3 industry, and can foster a positive and engaging environment in a community chat, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage and moderate the Telegram chat, ensuring a positive and active community.
Create an activation plan and implement it in the chat.
Stimulate discussions, engage with the audience, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle conflicts and manage negative interactions with tact and professionalism.
Collaborate with the team to maintain alignment with the school’s objectives and community goals.
Use moderation tools to ensure smooth and safe interactions within the chat.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing online communities with successful case studies.
English level B2 or higher.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage wide audiences and handle conflicts effectively.
Familiarity with Telegram chat moderation tools and techniques.
Understanding of web3 industry will be your advantage.
