Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance our clients’ brand presence and drive their business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage the creation of promotional materials, website content, and social media engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in marketing.
• Experience working in digital/marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage project teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
